Hello, Whenever one starts preparing for a competitive exam one should start with previous year questions. Keeping that in mind here are the books that provide comprehensive previous year questions. Kiran’s General Awareness, Reasoning, Mathematics and English. Mathematics by Rakesh Yadav/Abhinay. English by MB publications. General Knowledge by Lucent or Arihant (any one) Once you are done with these,(and when I say done I mean these books should be by heart) you can Start studying English from Objective General English by SP Bakshi (you must learn all the vocabularies given in this book) and you can study Lucent's General English for tier 2 examination. For mathematics, once you are done with previous year questions, you can practice from various question sets of different coaching centres (available online or offline for purchase. Platform's question set are quite good.) You can also practice from Sarvesh Verma for mains ( only level 1 questions from it as rest are of CAT level) Make sure you take weekly mock tests to track your progress. Taking mock test is a must. All your efforts are futile if you are not taking mock tests. Best of luck.

I have these books, and they are really good 1. Rakesh yadav 7300 for Maths, it's really awesome books having more than 7300 questions on Maths, and we'll defines and easy explanation with tricks 2. Arun sharma, Neetu Singh, for English , really for practice 3. Lucent and NCERT for general studies 4. Kiran for reasoning.
