1st term exercise subject work will be the study and graphical development of one building, placed in a countryside town of madrid. floor plans and cross sections are provided the project consists of a restoration together with an extension controlled by the town hall. the building, which has a protection category, is an old building placed among a set of semi-detached houses belonging to the rebuilding, during the fifties, of devastated areas as a consequence of the spanish civil war after restoration works it has turn into a public building, used as a peace court
term aims attendants would compare and draw to detail the different technical solutions that the building may require, regarding all the different kinds of foundations, structures, enclosures and roofs as well
