GENERAL BUYING INFORMATION PRICING: Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders will be billed at prices and in effect at the time of shipment unless Custom Shop product ordered under written quotation or contract. : Payment on all invoices, except where otherwise provided in contracts or other special , shall be paid on the following basis: invoices will be due for discount ten days after invoice date, and due net thirty days after invoice date. To qualify for discount, payment must be received by discount date. “Received” shall be interpreted as the date on which payment is credited to a Colt bank . RETURN OF MERCHANDISE: No returned merchandise will be accepted for credit from wholesalers except with Colt’s prior written authorization and then only when shipped with transportation charges prepaid. Incoming transportation charges on any merchandise returned transportation collect will be charged back by invoice or, if the return was authorized, deducted from credit. Obsolete, shelf-worn, or damaged merchandise will be accepted subject to appraisal only. CONTRACT SALES: Colt reserves the right to bid and sell to police departments, federal, state, municipal agencies, educational and other public institutions and to contract Colt products on such bids.

EXPORT SALES: Colt reserves the right to sell in all Foreign Markets. FACTORY SERVICE: Colt will custom repair products returned to the factory on a quotation basis only. 1. Dealer represents that it understands and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to its sale of Colt Product and that it currently has all licenses and permits required of it, including a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) and all applicable state and municipal permits or licenses. Dealer agrees to renew all such licenses and permits before their expiration dates and will promptly notify Colt of such renewals or any failures to make any timely renewal. 2. For every firearm sale to anyone other than the holder of a Federal Firearms License (FFL), Dealer shall complete the background check as required by federal law and any applicable state or local law, and consummate all sales in compliance with all such laws governing background checks, including any and all laws governing the sale of firearms at gun shows. 3. Dealer shall not sell a firearm to any person Dealer knows or has reasonable cause to believe is not qualified to purchase firearms under federal, state or local law. 4. Dealer shall ensure that all paperwork required by federal, state and local law for each firearm sale is completed; including ATF Form 4473 in which the purchaser certifies that the purchaser is buying the firearm for himself or herself or as otherwise permitted by law. 5.

Dealer shall maintain all records of firearm sales and dispositions as required by law.

6. Dealer shall report to the ATF and the local authorities any thefts or loss of Colt Product from Dealer’s inventory within 48 hours. 7. Dealer shall immediately notify Colt if Dealer’s FFL is subject to final suspension or revocation, or otherwise becomes ineffective. Upon receipt of such notice, the Dealer shall immediately cease selling Colt Product to the subject FFL Holder. 8. Dealer shall not make any representation regarding the safety or use of Colt Product in its advertising, other than those safety or use representations made or approved by Colt. 9. These defense articles are subject to the export controls of the U.S. Government and may not be exported to a foreign person without the written approval of the U.S. Department of State.
