On ______________, I hired a Geodetic Engineer to conduct an actual survey of the property as part of the requirements for the titling of the said lot; 3. Upon actual survey of the property, the actual area size is One Hundred Thirty Four (134) Square Meters as evidenced by the Sketch Plan hereto attached as Annex A; 4. We are the possessor of a certain property covered by TD No. 13-010001-00224 covering an area of One Hundred Twenty Five (125) square meters and TD No. 13-01-0001-01037 covering an area of One Hundred Twenty Eight (128) square meters respectively; 2. Based from the Tax Declaration of Real Property, the total area size of both property is Two Hundred Fifty Three (253) square meters; 3. On ______________, we hired a Geodetic Engineer to conduct an actual survey of the property as part of the requirements for the titling of the said lot; 4.
