Probation period of six months for all its employees All employees have the flexibility of working fro 5 days a week Air King works 24/7 The weekends offs of employee may not be necessarily on a weekend It can be changed
Air King has the right to check the performance at any point of time without any notice Employees will have full insurance for family too Monthly there will two paid leaves Vacation leaves are once in a year for 12days Sick leave depends on the situation
