Allied Rental Modaraba primarily engages in the rental/Ijarah/leasing, and operation and maintenance of Caterpillar and other equipment in Pakistan. The company rents a range of power generation equipment, such as gas and diesel fired generators; load banks; concrete pumps; construction machines, including motor graders, wheel loaders, soil compactors, and dozers; cranes; and lighting towers. . It also provides powerhouse operation and maintenance services to national and multinational corporations/organizations in the fields of textiles, spinning, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, petrochemical, process and chemical plants, hotels, institutes, hospitals, etc.
Mission Statement: To pursue profitable growth opportunities in Caterpillar Earth Moving, Material Handling and other Equipment Rental Solutions, diversifying our portfolio to other areas of Equipment Rental solutions.

Allied Rental(Pvt.) Ltd, founded in 1976. Allied Rental(Pvt.) Ltd the authorized dealer for Caterpillar Earthmoving Machinery and Power Generation Equipment in Pakistan. Caterpillar products are renowned worldwide and a global leader in Power Generation and Earthmoving Machinery irrespective of industries. Allied Rental Modaraba (ARM) was formed under the Modaraba Companies and Modaraba (Floatation and Control) Ordinance, 1980. Rules framed there under and is managed by Allied Engineering Management Company (Private) Limited. The management company is incorporated in Pakistan under the Companies Ordinance, 1984 and ed with the Registrar of Modaraba Companies and Modarabas. ARM is listed on the Karachi Stock Exchange

Ijara contract is done by the Allied Rental by using Islamic mode of finance and by the help of this the asset base finance is done. For this purpose the main requirement is of two witness, one Demand Draft(as security) and a legal agreement. It is further cleared later when and conditions of the agreement is discussed below
That the Modaraba shall supply and customers shall obtain the equipment on rental basis for the period of days/months with effect from the date of deployment of the equipment at the site in good working condition,with the mutual consent of the parties That the customer pay rentals in advance which specified in schedule. that rental charge directly to customer by Mudaraba and customer agrees to pay the same by way of pay order/demand draft . The Modaraba will invoice in advance for each ensuing months,on the beginning of the month. The operation of the equipment accordance with the job requirements. The customer’s representative shall certify the actual operation of equipment on daily basis. The Modaraba is responsible for proper proper installation of equipment.
That the customer shall maintain supply of fuel to the engine at his/her own cost. Customer must ensure that the control shall not reading less than 50% or more than 80% of the rated output of the equipment except for eceptional circumstances. Customer shall provide proper and adequate security to the equipment. That the Modaraba shall be responsible for mobilization and demobilization of the equipment. That the Modaraba is responsible to maintain adequate insurance coverage for the equipment under Takaful arrangement . Termination of the agreement. That in the event non-performance of and condition of quotattion accepted by customer ,the Modaraba without any notice take away the equipment.
That the equipment shall be installed and shall be held at the said place. The Modaraba shall not liable for any loss ,damage , claim ,liability , cost or expense of any nature.
