KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS : That , we the undersigned , all of legal age and residents of the Republic of the Philippines have agreed to form a general partnership under the and conditions herein after set forth and subject to the provisions of existing laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

ARTICLE IX That the partners manifest their willingness to change their partnership name in the event another person , firm or entity has acquired a prior right to use the said firm name or one deceptively or confusingly similar to it .

V That the purpose or purposes for which this partnership is organized are : (1) to satisfy the customer’s desires and (2) to eat different flavor of cakes with unique taste and presenrtation.
VI That the term for which this partnership is to exist is five (5) years from the date of this contract .
VII That this partnership shall be under the management of Mr. RJ Ferdinand Alfante, and as such manager he shall have charge and supervision of the affairs of the partnership; he shall have the power to use the partnership name and in otherwise performing such acts as are necessary and expedient to promote the lawful purposes of the firm.
VIII That the managing partner shall receive a monthly compensation of Fifty thousand Pesos ( P 50,000) Pesos , Philippine Currency.
IX That the profits and losses of this partnership shall be divided and distributed proportionately on the ratio of the capital contribution of each partner.
