Step3: Assessment Scheduling Steps: If course is ITIL Awareness or AGILE-NEW  No explicit steps to be followed. After the completion of all the 6 modules of ITIL Awareness training, you will receive a mail after 24 hrs with and details for taking the assessment in QMark.

 Similarly, After completing the 2 modules of AGILE-NEW within 24-48 hours you will receive the credentials for QMARK assessment which will give you 4 more attempts. For other RBPT courses: ( SCM, SRT, LEAN, Quality101)  Only after the completion of the course, ‘Schedule My Assessments’ will allow for scheduling the assessment i.e. “Start” button will become active. Schedule the assessment by pressing on” Start”.  After completion of scheduling assessment, it will display ID and details on the screen. Step 4: to QMARK to Take the Assessment: 

The assessment now should be taken in QMark @ 

Follow this pattern while : Once you are on the landing page of QMARK assessment site:

Your id will be <Employee ID>-UP

Ex: If your employee id is 12345 and you have ed Wipro on 1 st Jan 2016 then your 

Step 5: Take the Assessment:  The assessment will be scheduled only after 24 hours of completing the scheduling through ‘Schedule My Assessments’ 

Important : 

Re-scheduling can be done by the employee up to 4 times.



Test Results will reflect in PSP only after 48 hours.

 There is no 'Schedule My Assessments' for ITIL Awareness. Once you complete the training, you will get a mail within 24 HRS. on how to take the assessment in QMark.  If you have already completed the assessment prior to Apr, 2015, the exact path to check the completion status of training: https://newitms.wipro.com >> OTHER LINKS >> MIS (Training Transcript)  If you completed after Apr, 2015, i.e. for assessment completion in QMark, check PSP. (My Wipro -> My Data -> Personal Staffing Page -> Competency / Learning Plan -> Other Assessment Results). And send the snapshot to us to update in the backend. RESCHEDULING AFTER 4 ATTEMPTS :  https://newitms.wipro.com >> OTHER INITIATIVES >> ROLE BASED PROCESS TRAINING >> RBPT Rescheduling.  If the employee exhausts these 4 re-attempts then there will no more attempts. The employee is then required to re-do the course as well followed by assessment relevant to the course. Please capture: 
