• Mission : “To be an Indian multinational engineering enterprise providing total business solutions through quality products, system and services in the fields of energy, industry, transportation, infrastructures, and other potential areas.”
Reformulated vision • Vision : “To be a global leader through product diversification, market expansion for enhancing value of stake holder.”
• Vision is something that describes what the organization would like to become.
• So, we have changed the vision “ to be a global leader through product diversification, market expansion for enhancing value of stakeholders.”
• This vision deals upon the global leadership area and talks about he product diversification so that there is market expansion due to its various products and services.
• Having 180 products, 14 manufacturing divisions, 8 service center, 18 regional offices and 100 project site.
