Advantages D-Profile Lower height against ‘B’ means more board to be delivered on a pallet and saving transport costs. Good run ability like ‘B’, not difficult to run like ‘E’ or micro flutes. No additional training necessary.
ADVANTAGES Much better printing surface because the flutes are closer together and the surface is flatter; so excellent for packages at the Point of Sale. Better FCT gives better visual to print on shelf, does not compress under load from goods. (Cans bottles etc).
Flute paper save compared with the Group ‘B’ cost savings.
