AMJAD KHAN BOXING FOUNDATION Amjad Khan Boxing Foundation (AKBF) is the No 1 non-profit organization in India promoting fitness through boxing as its mission and training world class boxers for State, National, International and ProBoxing Championships. AKBF boxing players have represented India in International Training Competitions & Championships in Bangkok, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Dubai, Armenia, Dubai, Bangkok, Singapore. Amjad Khan boxing Foundation mission is to run a consistent sustainable sports development program providing youth with opportunity to participate in recreational and competitive sporting activities while contributing to the social upliftment of the community.

Project - AKBTC GYMs AKBTC GYMs are not-for profit gyms. The first AKBTC GYM in Delhi was ingurated in presence of the King Amir Khan (Olympian) World Champion in 2014. It gives an opportunity for maximum development of Boxing/MMA talents amongst youth through training and nurturing their skills in this emerging sport in India. This project proposal aims to build BOXING/MMA TRAINING FACILITY for training young talent for boxing championships at state, national and international training competition, and also provide future career opportunity in Professional Boxing.

Facilities  -  AKBTC GYMs We believe that it is an urgent need to create an international standard boxing training centre for young sport person from disadvantaged background. We aim to create Boxing/MMA training facility to avail training accessories for providing world class training infastructure to only disadvantaged children with of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) partnerships.

Project Sustainability  AKBTC GYMs will train young talent from the Govt Institutions, and it shall be a continuous process of identifying, training and creating ion for Boxing/MMA to participate in national and international boxing events. Amjad Khan Boxing Foundation will charge nominal fees for providing training to young talents and will also raise funds to sustain the training centre at non-profit level. The training facility will be developed and maintained with funds raised by Amjad Khan Boxing Foundation with corporate partnerships.

INFRASTRUCTURE & REQUIREMENTS Government Institution will Provide Infrastructure at NO COST to run Boxing/MMA Training facility (Area: 5000 - 20000 Square Feet) Permission training youth from disadvantaged background to participate in training for choosing Boxing/MMA as career for Govt School children’s.

    GOALs to Achieve Train Boxing/MMA talents young players from Govt Schools. Provide best coaches from India and abroad to train talented players Develop skilled Boxing/MMA players from the Govt Schools to participate in State, National, and International Training Competitions. With sports scholarships, the outstanding Boxing/MMA player will be trained to participate in state, national and International training competitions. Brand and expose the talented Boxers in the national and international market to help them building their career in Boxing/MMA. Provide full sports scholarship opportunity through CSR to skilled boxers to prepare them for boxing championships in Commonwealth Games, Olympic Games, World Boxing Championship, and in the Professional Boxing League Championships.

AMIR KHAN (Olympian, UK) is a British Professional Boxer. He is Silver Medal in 2004 Olympics, He is a former unified light-welterweight world champion (WBA title from 2009 to 2012, and the IBF title in 2011.), Commonwealth lightweight title from 2007 to 2008; WBC Silver welterweight title from 2014 to 2016, He is also a philanthropist, and promoter of Super Fight League and Super Boxing League. He appeared in the "I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! (UK TV series) in 2017.

   Stars (World Champions) Gaurav Bidhuri, is an Indian boxer who competes in the 56 kg bantamweight division. He won Bronze Medal at the 2017 AIBA World Championships in HAMBURG 2017 ()

Shashi Chopra, is an Indian boxer who competes in the 57 kg bantamweight division. She won Gold Medal 2017 AIBA youth Women's World Championships; Gold Medal in 3rd International Boxing Tournament 2017, Bulgaria, Silver Medal in 31st Ahmet Comert Boxing Championship 2017, Turkey

Mr. Alok Ranjan is a retired I.A.S Officer with 38 years of distinguished service, retired as Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh in 2016. He is MBA (PGDM) from IIM Ahmedabad and B.A (Hon.) Economics from St. Stephens College Delhi. Later, he was appointed as the Chief Adviser to Chief Minister of U.P and Chairman U.P.S.I.D.C (Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation).

Ms. Stuti Narain Kacker, a 1978 batch IAS officer, is the Chairperson of National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCR). Stuti Kacker retired as Secretary from Disability Affairs, in the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. She was heading the management committee of the Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA).
