Calculate no. of lectures per week assigned to you for the subject. b. Special Activity: (To be approved by HOD, Coordinator, Campus Director must be mentions). i. Attendance- student missing for one week in your lecture need to be reported to class teacher immediately at the end of week. ii. Unit test after completion of each unit-(30 min Test) Test can be open book dependent on subject, decided by coordinator or HOD. iii. Discuss performance of unit test with coordinator and HOD and find out problems of pupil. iv. First midterm result and attendance %age need to be discussed with class teacher/Coordinator/HOD and to be sent to parents. v. 10. Important points Lecture Schedule & Style of Delivering Lecture: a. Each topic should be started with an effective introduction and end with relevant conclusion. b. Time distribution in lecture classTime allotted- 60 min. i. First 5 to 10 minutes will be devoted for paying attention to word students who were absent in the last class or continuously absent for many days. ii. Blackboard Activity-write date, name of the topic, iii. Ensure every student has brought class note and prepare to write what will be delivered to them. iv.
