About the Spiritual Fitness Division
The Commander, Navy Installation Command, sponsors CREDO. The vision is to awaken Sea Service Personnel and their family to the inherent personal and social strength available by living healthy spiritual lives. We accomplish our mission through the various retreats, trainings, and other functions held throughout the year.

Marriage Enrichment Retreat (MER)
A weekend for couples, Friday 6:00 PM – Sunday 12:00 PM. Using a variety of programs, couples will learn principles to keep their marital friendship and marriage growing, to handle inevitable conflicts, and to strengthen spiritual, emotional, psychological, and physical aspects of their commitment. The dates for the next retreats are: Jan 07-09, 2011 Jan 21-23, 2011 Feb 11-13, 2011 Mar 18-20, 2011
Team Building Workshop
Who is eligible to attend?

A six-hour workshop designed to assist commands, departments, divisions, or work spaces to develop an interdependent and cooperative spirit. Using Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Emotional Intelligence techniques, participants come away with a better understanding of themselves, a better appreciation of the differences between people, and more respect for personal dignity and diversity.

Anyone with a valid military ID can attend retreats—active duty, retired, reservist, and family . Government employees (GS) employed under the Commander Navy Region Southwest also can attend, space permitting. Priority is given to active duty and their families.
