Presented for consideration is the Annual Budget of the Sangguniang Kabataan for Calendar Year 2009 in the amount of P95, 864.60. WHEREAS, pursuant to general guidelines on Barangay Budgeting that ten percent (10%) of the total General Fund of the Barangay shall be appropriated and istered by the Sangguniang Kabataan. The amount shall be spent for the purposes provided under Section 1, Article XI of the 2001 SK Constitution and By-Laws. NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SK Councilor Roshiel Baňal and duly seconded by SK Councilor Leanne Barnedo be it. RESOLVED, as it is hereby approved to enact the following Appropriation Ordinance to wit: APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 03 AN ORDINANCE APPRORIATING THE AMOUNT OF P95, 864.60 FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2009 TO COVER THE EXPENDITURES AND PROGRAMS OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAN FOR BUDGET YEAR. The appropriation shall take effect on January 1, 2009.
