I have the g620s device and I'm looking for a way to update the system without wipe everything (unlocked bootloader, root and CWM).

Following you guide to have system.img and receovery.img

starting from the g620s update.app, could be dangerous for my device?





after this i execute huawei finder and it's giving me just a system.img not boot.img and recover.img How to solve this problem Thank You

1. my script HuaweiFinder in the folder "Huawei ROM extract" 2. Execute my script with a double click, youwill see this windows:

3. It's done, go into ouput folder and you will see some files:

boot.img is the kernel files recovery.img is the recovery system.img is the rom others files are some others system files

III. Open and extract img 1. Now Android ICS JB EXT4 imagefile unpacker 2. Extract it in the folder "Huawei ROM extract" 3. Open ext4_unpacker 4. Double clic on ext4_unpacker.exe

After running the split_updata.pl file, I immediately get a

system.img file in the output folder The file size is 18 528KB.

Then after running the HuaweiFinder.bat file, the output file

shows two system files. The original one (18 528KB) is named system.img.img and there is also a second file named system.img with a size of 47 162KB.

WHICH FILE IS THE CORRECT SYSTEM IMAGE? Also, when executing the HuaweiFinder.bat file, no boot.img or recovery.img is found?

A third issue, but no so important for me: The ext4 unpacker does not extract the .img file. Unrecognised file formaT.





hi to all

i am new member to this forum and i cant speak English very good so excuse me

i have huawei y625-u32 update.app i repack update app with

winrar and edit it and then repack it by winrar and rename to

update.app but when i flash it give signature error.i cant leave a screen shoot from files because i am new member. have any body idea for solve this problem? thanks a lot




