SECURING PHILGEPS CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION Please be advised that effective April 15, 2013, we have implemented a new hip scheme wherein suppliers are encouraged to upgrade their hip from RED to Blue or Platinum, likewise increasing hip fee to Php3,000 (Blue hip) and Php5,000 (Platinum hip) to avail a PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration that will be available for printing online. HOW TO BLUE HIP (FROM RED) To upgrade your hip to Blue, please follow these steps: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8.
Log-in at www.philgeps.gov.ph using your ID and Click UPGRADE link opposite the REGISTRATION category Choose BLUE HIP Click Pay Manual button (located at the upper right corner of the screen) Choose ONCOLL (located at the upper left corner of the screen) Follow instructions on how to make payments at Landbank Click CLOSE Upon completion of payment, click BLUE HIP (FOR PAYMENT) link on Pending Task/Registration, enter the required payment details i.e. Date of Payment, Org Name, Name of Depositor, and Transaction Sequence Number (5-digits) 9. Click SUBMIT 10. An email notifying that your application to Blue hip is successful will be emailed to your ed email address. 11. You may print your certificate online. To print your certificate, please follow these steps: a. Log-in at www.philgeps.gov.ph using your ID and b. Go to MY ORGANIZATION tab c. Click VIEW CERTIFICATE link (at the upper center of the screen) d. Pop-up window will appear, your hip Certificate will be displayed e. Click PRINT button (upper corner of the screen) HOW TO PLATINUM HIP (FROM RED) To upgrade your hip to Platinum, you must have the scanned copy of the following eligibility documents: AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE Special Power of Attorney/ Secretary’s Certificate/Declaration of Ownership Government Issued ID UPDATED ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS Business Registration Certificate (DTI, SEC, CDA) Mayor’s Permit
Audited Financial Statement Annual Income Tax Return Tax Clearance To proceed with the upgrading of your hip, please follow these steps: 1. 2. 3. 4.
Log-in at www.philgeps.gov.ph using your ID and Click UPGRADE link opposite the REGISTRATION category Choose PLATINUM HIP Assign your company’s Authorized Representative and your Special Power of Attorney/Secretary’s Certificate/Declaration of Ownership 5. all the required Eligibility Documents 6. Click SUBMIT and wait for the approval of PhilGEPS 7. Once approved, you may proceed with the required payment for Platinum hip 8. Log-in again to our website, on the Pending Tasks, click the “Platinum hip: Pending Payment” status adjacent to Registration. 9. Choose PAY MANUAL then follow these steps: a. Print the PAY MANUAL page to serve as reference upon paying at Landbank, then click CLOSE to save b. Fill up the OnColl deposit slip and put the reference numbers generated in the system c. Once paid, to the system and click the number link adjacent to Pending Payment category d. Encode the details on the "Oncoll" Payment Type (i.e. Date of Payment, Name of Depositor, Transaction Sequence Number) e. Click SUBMIT f. A Payment Acknowledgement is displayed indicating that the upgrade is successful. 10. An email notifying that your application to Platinum hip is successful will be emailed to your ed email address. 11. You may print your certificate online.
