You will find my proposal of the procedures I intend to develop. As a member of the organization there is no cost involved with this project. I can also use my experience with the systems to produce a product that everyone can understand and help reduce the istrative time these functions take to complete. The areas I that are covered are Operational procedures and istrative procedures. I have also developed a brochure to assist you and my fellow LARs to get an idea of what will be developed. This correspondence outlines the complete scope of work you requested, including objectives, procedures, identification of responsibilities, and estimated fees. OBJECTIVE Implement a procedures manual to identify and instruct fellows Logistics Assistance Representatives (LARs) on their operational and istrative tasks. This manual would provide proper procedures and instructions on the tasks required to accomplish our mission. SCOPE OF SERVICES: Provide procedures manual covering the following areas. 1. Operations Reports: In this section the will have procedures on the that is tracked to the ed unit. This report tracks all of the actions that a representative gives to the units they . They must track the type of equipment ed and what was the issue they ed. They must also identify if the submitted a CREPS and the CREPS number they submitted. When a representative saves unit money they have to identify the savings and how much savings was accomplished. In this report the representative must also capture training given to ed units, the training is tracked by hours and number of people trained. The last part of the report is saved for istrative areas for the representative themselves. a. Weekly Operations Reports i.

inform a representative on the procedures of tracking their time and attendance. They will also have guidelines for Education tracking in using three systems. Total Educational Development System (TEDS), Civilian Education System (CES), and Deployment Education Requirements. a. Time and attendance tracking (every 14 days) b. Education Tracking i.

Deployment Education Requirements I would supply you and my fellow workers with a draft manual so that it can be verified for accuracy and the ’s ability to put into practical use. . YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES This project would need you full and authority of your position to implement:: 1. Assemble an up-to-date trial for all workers assigned. 2. Compile a complete list of all employees that will utilize this manual. 3. Review and the procedures manual meets your requirements. BENEFITS When the project is complete, LARs will have a procedures manual to assist and guide them to complete all of the required operational reports and istrative requirements. This will give them one manual to consult to correctly complete a proper report, and the accurate tracking of their time, vacation requests and educational requirements.
