Configure Microsoft Outlook 2007 to Access Your MOE E-mail from anywhere outside MOE Putrajaya Campus Network. Introduction All Ministry of Education (MOE), officers and staff are provided with an Exchange e-mail . Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Web Access are the ed applications for accessing this . If you choose to use Microsoft Outlook to access your MOE e-mail from outside MOE Putrajaya Campus Network (PCN) connection, either through streamyx or hotspots, it is recommended to configure Microsoft Outlook to use RPC over HTTPS. This document provides the steps to create a profile in Microsoft Outlook 2007 that uses RPC over HTTPS. In order to use RPC over HTTPS, Windows XP Service Pack 2 and higher is strongly recommended (Windows XP Service Pack 1 with hotfix Q331320 is required).

The first time that Outlook is accessed on a specific computer, the Outlook Startup Wizard will begin the setup process for you. Though the following steps are not specific to the wizard, the information provided, starting at step 1.F, will assist you in completing the wizard and configuring Outlook to use RPC over HTTPS.
