The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion By: eldin2003 Xbox Live Gamertag: al capOWNage Trainers Guide Author's Note: This guide will provide you with the names and locations of 105 trainers in the game who can raise your skills. Each of the 21 skills in the game has 5 trainers each to boost that skill. Two trainers are low-level trainers who can raise that skill to 40. Two are mid-level trainers who can raise that skill to 70. And one is a master-level trainer who can raise and max out that skill to 100. In 20 of the 21 quests, the master-level trainer will require you to complete a task or a test. In order to get training from a mid level trainer, your skill rating in that skill needs to be 40.
