Target Marketing Our primary target market are: Students Job seekers Job Holders Businessmen In the area there will be some families whose relatives are living outside of the country. They face many problems communicating with those who are living in another country. By opening a cyber café they can communicate via internet.
Management Strategy Recruitment : We will recruit 8 part time employees with good general
computer skills, and 2 full time technicians. Selection : After getting new recruits we will try to choose the best ones from the candidates. For this first of all we’ll interview the candidate. If he’s ed we’ll have a selection test. For Ex: How good he knows computers, Internet browsing skills, mail composing, MS word/excel skills etc. Training and Development: After getting hired, the new employees get basic training on computer, internet browsing and mailing and on customer service skills.
Conclusion By following the business plan, we can say that because there are no cyber cafés in our selected area, we can make good profit out of it. And because there is a low chance of getting competitors there, our business will be very successful and popular in the area.
