Inspection and the supervision of the whole construction stages of project Electrical power substation will be handed over to consultant from the date of starting construction till finish everything and KAHRAMAA Civil Engineer will do his inspection at the final stage only. Therefore site team required to provide the following documents to KAHRMAA prior to substation construction: 1-

Undertaking Form “ Consultant Supervision of Construction EN-DP-C1/F4”-two pages” ( see attachment) sign and stamp by Supervision consultant that will do the full supervision with full responsibilities about the construction of the substation and has to follow everything with the contractor to build the substation strictly according to the KAHRAMAA approved drawing . Copy of KAHRAMAA approved civil drawings . Copy of Project KAHRAMAA Building permit. Project Time schedule for Substation construction and finishes works. CONSULTANT Commercial Registration. CONSULTANT Classification Certificate (CONSULTANT UPDA Grade). The above documents shall be submitted to Mr. Mohammad Hassan KAHRAMAA Civil engineer at KAHRAMAA Customer Service –D-Ring Road on every Monday or Wednesday from 7.00am to 12.00am. The above is for your information. UPDATED STEPS OF THE PROCEDURE REQUIRED TO OBTAIN ELECTRICITY CONNECTION TO THE PROJECT SUBSATATION. Project Manager/Site Electrical Engineer shall make sure the implementation of the following procedures in order to connect the Main Power Supply to the Project Substation: 1. Contractor shall submit step by step inspection to kahramaa civil section for the construction work of the substation as per attached Inspection sheet. (Attachment No. 01) NOTE: Structure works; internal lighting, A/C and finishing works for the substation should be finalized and handed over to the Kahramaa Civil Engineer at least three months before Project completion date to allow other procedures to be completed without delaying the project 2. 3. Contractor should supply and install the MV and transformer according to kahramaa approval of the Manufacturer's Submittals. 4. Contractor shall submit the required documents for MV and Internal Wiring Inspections of the project which consists of 4 sets as follows: SET 1: Service Requisition Form with owner's signature with select one of the following options (Attachment # 02):

MV Inspection. Internal Inspection Only (in cases where there is no substation). Inspection for MV and Internal Work. B. Copy of the following documents: B.1. First Yellow Card (Meter Card) — in case of many meters will be used in the same project. B.2. Kahramaa Building Permit (Attachment No. 03). B.3. Municipality Building Permit (Attachment No. 04). B.4. Land Deed (Attachment No. 05). B.5. B.S. Thermal Insulation Agreement. B.6. Kahramaa approved drawing (S.L.D.). B.7. Remaining Yellow Card (Meter Card) in case of using many meters in the same project.

5. In accordance with Contractor submission the above mentioned 4 sets to Kahramaa D-Ring Road Office (Customer Service Department), Kahramaa will provide the contractor White Card showing number of each electricity Meter and accordingly appointment date for inspection . 6. In accordance with Kahramaa Engineer approval for inspection of the installation of MV , Permission will be issued on the white card to pay the meters fee to provide power supply to the MV . 7. Kahramaa Electrical Engineer will forward his approval ("ready to energize") to HV Section at Kahramaa" Al Selety Tower 2" to supply and install the HV and cables to the project substation.

8. Internal Electrical Work shall be completed and approved by Kahramaa through other inspections in case it was not finalized in the first inspection. 9. Municipality Building Completion Certificate (BCC) shall be obtained after the following approvals. 9. a. 9. b. 9. c.

Municipality Cleaning and Clearance. Civil Defense Department. Q-Tel.

10. For Electrical Meter installation the Contractor should submit the following: 10. a. Project Completion Certifi cate. 10. b. Kahramaa Completion Certificate (Kahramaa White Card Approval). 10. c. Client to pay for the connection fees. NOTE: According to the Contract Conditions, the connection fees are either contractor's scope of work or paid by client.

11. Client should pay the Metering Insurance Fee for each meter in order to finally supply power to the Project.
