Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

1.2.1 How do I get access to EASY? Your system will set up an in EASY for you and you will receive an activation link by e-mail. By following the link you will be able to set a new . With this and your e-mail address you can now access EASY on www.fst-easy.com. You ? Just use the functionality on the page and follow the instructions. 1.2.2 How to interpret the stock and availability information Two main information are displayed: -

the current available stock in our central warehouse (free stock). The expected stock entries: those are planed values and are displayed only for information and should be considered such as an indicator. Some changes are possible.

Then push the blue refresh button again. 1.2.4 If I order several positions of the same item (i.e. several delivery dates), will I get the price for the cumulated quantities? Yes. Quantities of the same item will be cumulated to get the price for the total volume ordered. It will be displayed after pushing the “order check” button in [order entry]. Not valid for MTO (make to order) articles!

1.2.5 What Roles does EASY ? Info – can search products, can check prices and availability, can send requests for quotation. Buyer – can additionally place orders. The budget for an order is limited by the individual settings. – can additionally manage the s, the matching lists for own article numbers and the EDI connection. He has no budget limit for orders. 1.2.6 How do I place a request for quote? In [order entry] just add the required articles to the item list, select the items and push the “request for quotation” button. After your confirmation an request e-mail is send to us and a copy also to you. 1.2.7 Can I use my own article numbers for order entry? Yes. If your System maintained a matching list in EASY you will be able to check the box “own articles” and look for your article numbers. 1.2.8 How does the Excel import function works in Order Entry? You can import multiple order lines directly in [order entry]. You have to copy the data in the right sequence (see empty input field) without any column headlines. Just paste the data in the input field and push the “import” button. You do not have to enter all fields, an item-no and a quantity are enough.

Product search

Before you start the search you can select a specific category in which you want to search. You can search for the dimensions, for the text in the product description, for the category name or the FST article number. When searching for specific dimensions you will also find approximate results in a range of +/-1 of your search dimension. The separator you can use for dimensions is “x”, “X”, “*” or just blank. Entering no search String will display all articles in the specified category sorted by article number.

Order History

In Order history you can see all your orders and requests for quotation directly out of our ERP System with the corresponding status. For every order you can see a detailed order view by clicking the magnifier symbol in the list. In the detailed order view you will see the delivery status and the planned delivery date for each order line. For orders handled over designated carriers you can the order tracking functionality by clicking the magnifier symbol.
