AUTHORIZATION LETTER

To whom it may concern, I, Luzviminda G. Quiamco, do hereby authorize my daughter, Joy Kathleen G. Quiamco, to perform the following acts on my behalf:

 To open a bank under my name, and perform any act of istration necessary thereof.  To preserve and maintain the funds in such bank with the necessary diligence required for such undertaking.
