Scope and Limitation of the Study This study dealt mainly with the implications of technological and online social media developments on marketing strategies of realtor in Lipa City, Batangas. It seeks to know the effectiveness of technological and online social media to realtors. The researchers focused on the realtors in Lipa City, Batangas as the subject of the study. Furthermore, the researchers chose the realtors in Lipa as respondents in our set of questionnaires. Afterwards, the researchers come up with the assessment procedures where the information gathered were analyzed and evaluated. Although the research has reached its aims, there are some unavoidable limitations one of them is a significant number of respondents available in the preliminary testing may be unavailable or unwilling to participate in the final stage of testing because some of the data needed are important to the company.
