Financial challenges: Often training manager has to work with a challenge from finance department about budget and cost estimate and source of training Technical challenges: He/she has to keep updated with all latest changes in rules regulations, technology, legislations. Process challenges: New methods of training is being ed in the training field. E learning new software etc., using new equipments and resource material has to be up dated and should be able to handle Strategic challenge: The strategic challenge is to monitor and respond to expected changes in skill requirements, and to deliver training which provides demonstrable, measurable bottom line results, both short and the long term. Professional challenge: To keep updated with changing practices and skill, to manage ongoing professional development.
