Spirent TestCenter Hardware Requirements Spirent’s HLTAPI implementation is tested against a reasonable representation of Spirent TestCenter hardware. Using Spirent’s HLTAPI implementation requires Spirent TestCenter hardware which is ed by the Spirent TestCenter 4.52 base software release.
