Implementation of performance strategies 3.1 Strategies and actions for implementation The implementation of Thin Clients can either be done upfront or over a 24 month plan for an average of $3,453.25 per month (not including labor) in building/installing the infrastructure of Thin Clients and the needed servers and hardware.

3.2 Responsibility for implementation The IT section of Lid TAFE would be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Thin Client infrastructure i.e. maintaining the server and making sure all clients/servers are shut down after 10pm.

3.3 Methods for measuring and monitoring effectiveness of performance improvement strategies After both the Thin Clients and it’s infrastructure and T5 lightings are installed you can measure the ROI by keeping note of the energy savings every quarter and compare this to the cost of these new installations. Over some years they will pay themselves off by cutting energy bills.
