This episode taught me that as future teacher to be aware in teaching values to be an effective and efficient teacher. As a future educator we will be the role model of these philosophies and applied it as a teacher. The teacher should not just be a plain model but also a positive one. Also, we should be an upright person Students idolize the teacher and it is possible that the students will imitate the things that the teacher does. I also learned that the needs of the learners should be addressed and meet it for the betterment of the students. Also the teacher should consider the interest and abilities of their students. As the teachers goal is to impart knowledge to the minds of the students. They must achieved their goal and always look for a methods, techniques and approaches that will be suitable for the students to learn well.
