ABSTRACT The main aim of the project is to develop a Human Resource Management system for the Intranet Automation of HR Software. CMC is one of the offshore companies in developing quality software. It has an Intranet through which all the employees in the company will be knit together. It has different modules such as hiring the employee, paying the employee, Training for the employee, Project management for the concerned employee, and Marketing etc., thereby connecting the employees in the company. Human Resource Management system provides the information regarding the employees in the company. The system has been to facilitate good Interaction / communication facilities between the employees and HR istration. The web pages about an employee are created dynamically based on the id and and links are provided to web pages containing information about Employee General Details, Details, Skill Details, Education Details, Certification Details and Project Details An Information Hierarchy is maintained i.e. the information regarding a particular employee is accessed by the same or any person above him in the information hierarchy. Direct links are provided to all the employees for posting their Suggestions and Grievances to a person concerned or a Group of persons. An automatic Email will be sent to the person or group of persons selected regarding the Suggestions or Grievances. Each employee has the facility of Updating his General Details, Details, Education Details, Certification Details, Skill Details and Project Details. Controls are provided for Navigating through the web Pages.

Vizify in 2011 with the vision of transforming the information that we all consume and create every day into something more beautiful and personal. We were awed and grateful to see this vision taken up by so many of you as you built and shared our graphical bios, infographic cards, and videos. Since last summer been engaged in a conversation with some of the incredible folks at Yahoo about the ways this more visual approach to data can inspire and entertain. Ultimately, we just couldt say no to the opportunity to bring our vision to the hundreds of millions of people who use Yahoo every day. As part of the transition to Yahoo, we will be sunsetting the Vizify service (read below for more detail). As for next, talk specifics just yet, but excited to bring a more visual approach to data at Yahoo. We have a lot more up our sleeves and canals wait to get started. What does this mean for me? Future Scope 

Vizify plans to offer features in the future but vizify has to shutter down the service as part of a deal, its has been acquired by yahoo so that it’s not accepting new s from March 5th,2014 and it sends links to s for archiving their data. Vizify is a new Portland, Oregon startup and they want you to show the world your tweets and do so via your own personal tweetsheet. What is a tweetsheet? Find out the easy way by creating your own right now. Once you begin using Vizify and showing others your Twitter use infographic, you might just change how you use twitter. Look at your own Tweet Sheet and tell me if that is true for you. This takes the location information from those s who have mentioned you on Twitter and highlights the states in darker shades of blue where s have mentioned you most. This is cool but could be improved with an algorithm which takes into and gives more importance to s who have retweeted or favorited my tweets or included me on a list. However, I’m sure the Vizify engineers are working on this or soon will be. Vizify also includes a on the tweetsheet called, “Favorite Themes,” which is basically just a tag cloud taken from your tweets. Looking at my own cloud below, I find it is a bit out of date. They may be taking info from up to 3200 tweets. and by doing so, they have my two largest tags as “Thanks” and “Iran election.” One of those is pretty current because I’m always thankful but “Iran election” is something

I was very interested in and a favourite theme of mine a little over two years ago. Two things that should be done with this feature is to have it shown at different time increments such as 3 months, 6 months and one year. Also, they need to add a hashtag (#) for words that are hashtags, especially if this is used to show others your interests. Vizify is cool, but a few tweaks will make it better. Vizify could also use a search function to find tweeps to get a better idea of their favourite themes and their geographic influence. This would be useful for employers and stalkers. Right now the only way to get there is by going to Vizify.com/tweet sheet/name. You’ll see their chart and info if they’ve created a tweetsheet. Vizify is one of the best startups for 2011.
