Warranty Certificate
The Company warrants this _________________________ Cutting Machine Sr No._________________dated___________or parts thereof to be free from defects in workmanship and material within 13 months from the date of purchase by the as a result of normal use and service. The Company will replace the part or parts so determined by it to be defective with new parts, at Company’s cost and expense. This warranty is exclusive, and there are no other warranties or representations, expressed or implied. For a period of thirteen (13) months from delivery, SEC Machines warrants to the original purchaser (does not include authorized distributors/dealers), that a new machine is free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees to repair or replace any defective parts or machine. However parts such as nozzles and valve seats, fuses etc, that do not have predictable life are not covered in this warranty. This warranty does not apply to machines which, after our inspection, are determined to have been damaged due to neglect, abuse, overloading, accident or improper usage. All shipping and handling charges will be paid by the customer. SEC makes no warranty of distributor/reseller's ability and makes no other warranty, express or implied, beyond the warranty expressly set forth above. Buyer's remedy for breach of warranty, hereunder, shall be limited to repair or replacement of nonconforming parts and machines. Under no circumstances shall consequential damages be recoverable.
