Can be used as a lubricant, a sealer, a break in lubricant, a tapping compound on plastics as well as metals. Surfaces are best cleaned before application as grit or low quality oil/grease may be present and best performance is required. The reduction in assembly friction increases torque tension by 20%.

AL1100 Aluminum Paste provides protection as a high temperature antiseize and extreme pressure lubricant. It stops corrosion, galling and seizure between metal parts. AL1100 Aluminum Paste performs to +2,012˚F and is a smooth, nonseparating formula consisting of a lithium soap thickened grease into which is compounded very fine flaked copper, aluminum as well as graphite lubricants and corrosion fighting inhibitors. This high performance grease and solid additives provide extreme pressure lubricating properties that prevent galling and cold welding and at the same time prevent water wash out and galvanic pitting from electrolysis of road salt, acid rain or salt water. AL1100 Aluminum Paste is nonhardening and has exceptional thermal stability. The particles present are inert and will not evaporate at extreme temperatures and their heat resistant qualities will prevent carbon fusion and seizure at temperatures approaching +2,012˚F. speed fix single shot glue Speed Fix Single Shot Glue is a single component low viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesive, that is fast setting and ideal for bonding all types of rubbers and preassembled parts.

Curing Properties & Performance Ambient surface moisture will initiate the hardening process. Handling strength is reached in a short period of time and varies depending on environmental conditions and substrates being bonded. Product will continue to cure for at least 24 hours before full strength and resistances are developed.

Directions Surfaces to be bonded should be clean and dry. Dispense a drop or drops to one surface only. Apply only enough to leave a thin film layer after compression. Press parts together and hold firmly for a few seconds. Good is essential. An adequate bond develops in less than one minute and maximum strength is attained in 24 hours. Wipe off excess adhesive from the top of the container and recap. If left uncapped, it may deteriorate by contamination from moisture in the air. Because it cures by polymerization, whitening may appear on the surface of the container or the bonded materials. Should this happen, wipe surfaces well with acetone.

The gap of the bond line will affect set speed. Smaller gaps tend to increase the speed. Activators can be applied to improve set speed but may also impair overall adhesive performance.

Physical Properties Monomer (Liquid): Ethyl Cyanoacrylate base, Colorless, 18 viscosity @ 68°F, 1.06 g/cc gravity, 185°F flash point, 1 year unopened shelf life @ 40°F.

Note Successful dent removal depends to a great degree on the surrounding temperature and the temperature of the component. • At temperatures under +50˚F, the hot melt glue cannot optimally bind to the painted surface. Heating up the painted surface with a hot air blower improves adhesion properties. • At temperatures above +86˚F, hardening of the hot melt glue can be delayed. Applications Bare Metal Seam Sealer may be applied directly to bare sanded metal or primed surfaces. However, if the area will be subjected to any flexing or twisting, including certain vehicle manufacturers roof skins, prime the area first with quality urethane or epoxy primer before applying any Bare Metal Seam Sealer. 4. Locate and remove the cabin air filter. Locate the fresh air intake vent - normally positioned below the windshield wiper blades at the base of the windshield. Spray the AC Refresher into the fresh air intake vent (typically on enger side).

1. Before starting treatment, shake cans well and occasionally shake during this process. While holding the wedge securely in the tube, depress the actuator on the can to release the foaming cleaner.
