Inilah blok diagram sistem yang menggunakan chipset northbridge Intel X58 dan chipset southbridge Intel ICH10R. Chipset Intel X58 menyediakan jalur PCI Express 2.0 hingga 36 buah. Jalur ini dapat dibagi sehingga memungkinkan konfigurasi multi-graphics card Crossfire dan SLI. Sedangkan chipset ICH10R bertugas menyediakan dan mengatur perangkat I/O, seperti SATA II, USB 2.0, dan lainnya.
