Amblyopia Indications: • Age – 9 and up • BCVA – 20/30 – 20/100 • Anisometropia , strabismus, both, deprivation, unknown, bilateral, unilateral • Eye deviation should not exceed 8°prism-diopters • Can tolerate full correction 1/16/2018 1/16/2018

Amblyopia Clinical protocol: • Patient has to be best corrected, adapt prior to training, and wear the correction all day through the training period • If anisometropia is higher then 3.5 diopters, patient should prescribed with lenses • Training is done while the dominant eye is blurred with semi-transparent cover • Patient should keep the blurred eye open underneath the cover. • Bilateral amblyopia – with 2 eyes open •1/16/2018 40 training sessions 6 1/16/2018

Post Cataract Clinical protocol: • Treatment is done with habitual eyewear • If VA difference is higher than 0.3 LogMar, the dominant eye should be occluded (while the lesser eye is treated.) • 30 training sessions
