Equipment Needed: Frisbee, two plastic cups, two stakes Two plastic bottles (optional)

Method: The game is played between two teams of two people each. The two teams play in turns by having one player throwing a Frisbee at a plastic cup that rests on top of a stake nailed into the ground. The two stakes are placed anywhere between 6 to 12m apart. Players must hold a bottle in one hand at all times, leaving only one hand to throw the Frisbee with and to catch the plastic cup if it is knocked off. It is possible to use 2 stakes on each side instead of only one in order to increase the chance of hitting after throwing the Frisbee. Point Structure: Points are scored when the bottle is knocked off the stake and/or when the receiving team fails to catch the Frisbee. Play continues until one team has reached a set amount of points (usually 21), beating their opponent by at least 2 points. Scoring: Pts. awarded to throwing team for hitting the plastic cup directly = 2 pts. Pts. awarded to throwing team for knocking off the plastic cup by hitting the stake = 1 pt. Pts. awarded to receiving team for catching the falling plastic cup = 1 pt. Pts. awarded to throwing team if Frisbee is caught before ing the pole = 1 pt. Pts. awarded to throwing team if Frisbee is not caught after throw = 1 pt. No points are awarded if Frisbee is deemed uncatchable (i.e. hits ground before reaching the stake or if it is way off target). If Frisbee hits stake below the knees, it is also deemed as uncatchable.

GAMES Example: If the thrower hits the plastic cup directly and the defenders fail to catch the bottle and the Frisbee, the throwing team earns 3 points. Catching one object but not the other is worth 2 points. Catching both is 1 point. Meanwhile if the plastic cup is knocked off by hitting the stake and nothing is caught, the throwing team earns 2 points. Catching either object alone lowers the score to 1 point and catching both the Frisbee and the plastic cup results in 0 points being awarded to the throwing team. If the plastic cup does not fall but the receiving team fails to catch the Frisbee, the throwing team gets 1 point.
