Introduction The Company Poin S.A de C.V is located in the highway Mexico Orizaba No. Km 127.5, Col. Parque Industrial Resurrección. Puebla, Pue. This textile is dedicated to make thread, slang, etc. Since its inception Poin has been concerned with the implementation of new technologies that will help it to continuous improvement. The production process of this company begins in the crushing. The production process of this company begins in the unraveling, after this the jargon thread is produced. Elite Company observed the process and captured a bug in it, which was in the warp system The deformation process has a failure that causes a loss of time, because during the process the threads break, and this system has no visual indicators that facilitate the operator to observe at what level the thread broke. It is important to consider the limitations that are in the project because the material is delicate and the prototype that is made must take into these limitations. In this work we present the design of a prototype that with sensors will activate the system allowing a visual and auditory way to detect which wire was broken, as well as to trigger some pistons that will break the system.

CONCLUTION

When we went to the company, we talked to the managers, we talked about the matter of integrator and the project that would be based on the knowledge that we acquired in the first blocks of the race. We asked them to tell us about their work, what the company is doing and the most common problems or failures they have. The most important thing for us was the problems, because we had to choose one and present a possible solution or improvement that would help them eliminate it. Once we thought of a solution we showed it to the company, and they told us that it was okay to work on the project. We made a schedule of visits, went several days to take photos and make measurements. When we had everything we needed we started working on our prototype. Working under pressure and a project that required a lot of care is not easy. We work hard and carefully to finish a project of quality, functional and practical.
