Sustainable Development & Resource Sector In an increasingly crowded world, with more people demanding more resources, we need projects that: • Maximize the benefits to society at every stage of the process • Minimize the negative impacts through the life cycle • Develop projects through consent of those affected rather than through coercion; and • Are broadly able, through increasingly effective governance systems at local, state, national and international levels.

Scientific And Sustainable Mining • Re-Cycleable Minerals Minerals are elements of nature and are therefore re-cycleable. Today metals are being re-cycled upto 80-90%.

Universal Soution?? Take It With A Pinch Of Salt!! There are few, if any, universal solutions. We have different techniques of mining, the systems in place to respond to development, radically different ecosystems, and great variation in affected cultures. “What works in one place does not necessarily work somewhere else.”

Challenges For Oil & Gas Sector • Adequate and judicious usage of the resources as THEY ARE LIMITED. • Efficient measures at stages of fractional distillation and thereafter are carried consciously. • Less Pollution during all intermediate processes of throughput. • Adhering to government protocols and policies with utmost responsibility.

Contd.. • Least wastage at production level, and provision for waste fuel management in reusing it for crude oil distillation. • Maintaining hygiene, health precautions and other preventive measures for avoiding hazardous events.
