Description Port property of GE port in RNC interface board (GOU, FG2), normally it is 1000Mbps and Full Duplex
This bandwidth is adjustablel. Normally we set the fixed value 100Mbps in IPPATH. This 100Mbps is sufficient for UMTS NodeB. So IPPATH bandwidth will not be a bottleneck in IUB ission control stage.

Optimization scenario If GE port become a bottleneck of IUB ission, then it is recommended to add a new GE connection and migrate some site from congested GE port to new GE port If there is IPPacket loss during BH which is due to Tx congestion, then IPPATH may be down(the available Path bandwidth =0) which will cause IUB ission failure. This failure will be recorded as IUB congestion in stats. It is recommended to expand Tx bandwidth (MW & OSN) to eliminate the IPPATH package loss. IuB bandwidth utilization rate and AF
